At least, there’s a fairly happy end, and this sentence:
“There was a pair of them; there was an older gentlemen and a younger one following old and one young, like just like Jedi, or plumbers.”
The story was great, but yes, that sentence stood out to me, as it usually does when I read of USAnians fretting about the cost of necessary healthcare procedures. That shit ain’t right.
